ApprovalOur in-house art team reviews your file and sends a digital proof for approval before anything hits the press. With your approval we go straight to work.

Once approved, your order enters our production queue. Standard turnaround is 10 business days from proof approval. Some orders can take longer.

Pick up, or have us deliver locally in central Indiana, or have your order shipped anywhere in the US. Orders that ship will ship the same day that the order is complete.

What file format do I need for my artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal. High-resolution PNG files at 300dpi or above also work. If you only have a JPG logo, our art team can assess it, we may be able to work with it or recreate it for a small fee.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Yes. As long as the total quantity meets the 12-piece minimum, you can mix sizes freely across the order. The price per piece is based on total quantity, not per size.
Do you offer rush turnaround?
Yes, we offer 5-day and 48-hour rush options depending on availability and order size. Rush orders carry an additional fee. Contact us directly to check availability before submitting a quote.
What garments can you print on?
We print on most cotton and cotton-blend garments including t-shirts, hoodies, long sleeves, and tote bags. We source from Gildan, Next Level, Bella+Canvas, and Port & Company.
Do you deliver locally?
Yes! We can deliver your order within a 25 mile radius of our shop here in Martinsville, IN. Anything outside that radius will need to be picked up, or shipped. When shipping we choose the most cost effective carrier to get your order to you.
